Take out the WarmGuard boiler cover and central heating warranty by buying online or speaking to our sales team on 0800 0352540. You’ll need to pay the first instalment by credit or debit card.
You will receive an automatic email confirmation with your policy documents attached. Sign the attached Direct Debit form and email it back to firstname.lastname@example.org or post it to us (see our address on the contact page). Keep your documents in a safe place! Your free gas boiler safety check will usually be completed within 28 days from the initial payment.
If you need to make a callout, call our claims team on 0845 2001317 and provide your name and policy number to the operator, who will give you a timeframe for the engineer’s arrival.
As your policy is a rolling 30 day contract, you may cancel at any time by giving us 30 days notice. This means that unless you notify us otherwise, your policy will automatically renew every month. Please note that if you decide to cancel your policy after your 14 day cooling off period, a cancellation charge will apply.
