Our cover and pricing includes a  24/7 emergency helpline, plus the cost of parts, labour and call outs. The average costs of servicing a boiler are between £50 and £75 with some companies charging upwards of £99! Our central heating system and boiler cover also includes the repairs and maintenance to your gas boiler, the controls and the radiators (central heating system) with no boiler age limitations and an unlimited number of claims with no excess to pay!

Replacement boiler: If we cannot repair your boiler and it is under 7 years old, we will replace it FREE of charge! If we cannot repair it and it is over 7 years old, we will give you 10% off the replacement cost providing the replacement is installed by our engineers.

Free safety inspection: We include with your policy a FREE boiler safety inspection on average worth over £60, which is usually completed within 14-28 days after you purchase WarmGuard central heating system and boiler cover, which is carried out by our Gas Safe™ accredited engineers. On top of this we also include an annual boiler service by a Gas Safe™ registered engineer.

Priority customers: We will ensure that any property with any residents over 60 years old, under 5 years old, or with special medical conditions are treated as a priority, and we aim to get an engineer there the very same day!

No long term contracts: We are so confident in our level of customer service that we don’t need contracts to keep customers!
